OF DUTIES This position will cover vacancies for Baggage/Red Cap, Agent, CSR's, Ticket Accounting Clerk, Metropolitan Lounge Rep and T&E Assignment Clerk positions in Portland, OR, Salem, OR, and Vancouver, WA. Representative will provide passengers with superior customer service from behind the ticket counter, on the station floor, platform or in the Metropolitan Lounge.

OF DUTIES This position supervises officers in the "completion of their duties and to provide assistance to APD Command or his/her designee." This position also is responsible for safety and protection of all persons and property and the enforcement of federal, state, and local laws. Demonstrates a working knowledge of and ensures subordinate compliance with corporate and
