Ensure compliance to quality policy, procedures and work instructions, documented quality systems, and all Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) procedures, policies and work instructions. In addition, ensure compliance to statutory and regulatory requirements. The establishment and approval of quality system procedures and standards aligned with emerging segment standard

Identifies and resolves customer concerns with Terex AWP products. Assists customers with their service training needs and information. Assists engineering as requested with the improvement and development of AWP products. Assists all customers with the safe and proper operation. Assist Terex Product Safety upon request. Requires up to 70% travel (fleet vehicle provided)
