Who we are looking for:

Swift is adding an Account Executive to their Portland team to focus on one of our largest accounts in the tech product space. Our AE's are extremely skilled at building and cultivating relationships with a variety of stakeholders, both internally and with your clients. Passionate about the industry and keep current on emerging trends, you have a consistent eye on how it impacts your clients' business. The Account Executive at Swift is responsible for client satisfaction and the integrity of the work our team delivers.

As an Account Executive, you work closely with the Account Management team to help manage the client relationship and seamlessly transition from strategic conversations to financial forecasting and budget tracking, while carefully handling the details and overseeing production.

What you'll do:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for both the client and content creators, providing regular updates on the status of the account/job
  • Receive briefs from the client, process them through internal systems, and coordinate concepting and script writing between the internal teams and content creators
  • Manage ongoing communication with the content creators including; assisting in the preparation of creator briefs, communicating timelines, and managing feedback and revisions with the client
  • Prepare and maintain regular status reports with the client
  • Present and support creative work, managing subsequent client feedback with the internal team and content creators
  • Assist in the ongoing evaluation of creator performance and in the selection of new creators
  • Build strong relationships with clients and content creators and act as a resourceful point of contact
  • Provide support for the Account Supervisor; thinking proactively about the client and creator's needs

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Advertising specialization
  • Approximately 1 year of professional experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and creative skills
  • Knowledge of the latest social trends and features (especially TikTok)
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Eager and willing to pitch in on anything
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients
