As a Production Associate, you'll have a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to working on an assembly line with various materials and adhesives, visually inspecting, packing, and labeling finished parts for shipment, and performing secondary functions like trimming and dipping as needed. You'll utilize gauges, jibs, and other measuring devices, conduct simple equipment setups, operate machinery, handle material movement, assist with maintenance and inventory tasks, maintain records, and ensure manufacturing and storage areas are clean and organized according to 5S standards, prioritizing quality and safety.
Shift Details:
- 1st Shift: $18.50 plus $2.00 shift differential (6:30 am - 3:00 pm)
- 2nd Shift: $20.50 plus $3.00 shift differential (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm)
- 3rd Shift: $23.50 (10:30 pm - 7:00 am)
Candidates for this position should possess a high school diploma or GED, effective communication skills, and proficiency in written and spoken English. You should be capable of sitting, standing, or walking for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds as required.
