Summary/Objective:
Responsible for learning to produce a product that meets LCI quality standards at a pace that meets customer demands. Responsible for adhering to LCI core values, safety guidelines, and lean initiatives.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to read and use a measuring tape
Essential Functions:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Physically weld parts together. Check own work. Meets LCI quality standards.
- Ability to read prints, build sub-assemblies slide outs, slide heads, Room bar, production flow, check placement of parts, measuring and marking product.
- Loading jig, moving parts
- Conduct basic operator maintenance on feeders, welding gun, and plasma.

- Must be able to work as a part of a team to achieve the company's overall goals;
- Must demonstrate clear verbal and written communication skills (English);
- Must be able to read and process written communication including, but not limited to measurements, directions, instructions, etc.;
- Must be able to help production meet goals and time deadlines for company projects;

This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring.
