CNA 2 & Rehab Tech ARRMC (Rehab Admin)

Additional Position Details: FTE: 0.000001 | On Call | Variable Schedule Days

In addition, as a CNA/Rehab Tech for Asante, you will make an extra $1.16 per hour (shift differential) if you work any weekend hours.


Position Summary

The CNA/Rehab Tech functions in the roles for each of the job titles. As a Rehab Tech, responsibilities include providing support to licensed therapy staff, such as delivery of services, direct patient care, setup and cleanup of workspaces, ordering and stocking supplies, facilitating patient flow and other related duties. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, the position is also responsible and accountable for individual practice for assigned patient(s), contributing to the utilization of the nursing process, under the supervision and direction of the RN.

Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate as required for the position

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of CNA experience is required

Licensure/Certifications

  • BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required upon start.
  • CNA-1: Certified Nursing Assistant certified by the Oregon State board of Nursing (OSBN) is required upon start
  • CNA-2: Acute Care CNA certified by the OSBN is required within 90 days of hire
