The Corporate Accounting Administrative Assistant is an integral member of the corporate team and is involved in a range of activities supporting the Corporate Accounting, Financial Reporting and Internal Audit teams, as well as supporting other corporate office matters.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to various Corporate Vice Presidents.
  • Subject matter expert on travel policy and administration of the Concur Travel and Expense.
  • Manage schedule for quarterly financial reviews and monthly finance training.
  • Assist with coordination of logistics, presenters, and presentations for the Finance Leadership Program.
  • Serve as a backup to corporate office accounts payable function utilizing Oracle software.
  • Serve as a backup to corporate office receptionist, as well as other corporate office administrative responsibilities as assigned.
  • Provide conference and event planning assistance.
  • Additional projects as assigned.

Required Experience/Skills/Education:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong preference for associate degree or some college education
  • Three or more years of relevant administrative and clerical support experience
  • Previous experience with Concur Travel and Expense including administration of system
  • Basic accounting/bookkeeping skills; accounts payable experience desirable but not required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Proficiency with SharePoint
  • A high level of motivation and initiative, a team approach, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Strong attention to detail as accuracy of work is critical
  • Ability to research and problem solve
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
