We have an excellent opportunity for a Ready-Mix Operations Manager in, the Willamette Valley, OR!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Directs operation and maintenance of concrete production. Assures that work is in conformity with federal and state standards, accepted principles of design and engineering, and available funds.
- Direct and supervise personnel at plants (drivers, etc.)
- Responsible for operating efficiencies and site profits.
- Responsible plant capital improvement projects.
- Ensure the plant and personnel are operating safely.
- Work with Ready Mix Technical and Sales Manager and SMA Manager through daily operations to include but not limited to: Safety, Production and Quality.
- Assist in resolving employee problems.
- Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written) and work with difficult people under high stress situations. Self-motivated, team-player with good interpersonal skills; ability to maintain positive customer relations & act courteous/respectful of others.
- Troubleshoot and problem solve situations/problems (material quality, equipment operation/repair, etc.)
- Monitor and discuss production problems with co-workers and managers/supervisors
- Ensure MSHA, OSHA, EPA, DNR, safety and environmental regulation compliance, Lockout/Tagout.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Management experience.
- Concrete production and maintenance experience.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical/functional exam and drug screen.
- Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members and customers.
