Position Information The Lane Community College Health Clinic has a position available for a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner with strong skills in treating mental health condition. As a member of our team, you will be providing and evaluating health care to our students. Your duties will include clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of health problems and demographic groups. You will also facilitate students in adopting positive health behaviors through individual and group health education. |

Physical Demands/Working Environment: | Work involves varied activities which include standing, walking, reaching, bending, lifting, and sitting. The job calls for a full range of motion as needed for handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity, eye-hand coordination, and occasionally moving patients. Corrected vision and hearing to normal range are both required. Work may be performed under stressful conditions or during irregular hours. Must be able to stand for up to six (6) hours or more a day. May have exposure to body fluids; exposure to contagious health conditions; be able to transport up to fifty (50) pounds. Work safely. |
