Your Role With Us:Radiologic Technologist - State Street Imaging ServicesSalem Health's State Street Imaging Department is located within the Salem Health Orthopedic Clinic. This position will provide care to outpatient orthopedic patients.Primary Functions:Demonstrate the ability to use problem solving skills to reach independent decisions, tailoring exams to the patient's condition and level of cooperation as necessary. Select appropriate radiation exposure factors according to body area, body habitus, and patient condition. Use skills to obtain diagnostic quality images consistently while minimizing radiation exposure to patient. Produce thorough exam documentation on a consistent basis. Demonstrate competency in the operation of Imaging equipment by following safe operating procedures as recommended by original equipment manufacturer.

Not Required.Requires BLS from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.Must have graduated from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.Must be licensed with the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) in Radiography.Must have, or be able to obtain, American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification within Six (6) months of hire.Salem Health Hospitals and Clinics is an equal opportunity employer.
