Additional night shift premium of $2.50 per hour for hours worked between 7pm to 7am.
Schedule:2nd or 3rd shift availability.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare raw material rolls for printing
Place rolls in machine and prepare for splicing
Assist in removing rolls from rewind
Remove and weigh startup rolls at beginning of job
Fill and maintain viscosity of all inks
Change Doctor Blades and over fill pans
Daily housekeeping
Remove and weigh waste from unwind
Remove and weigh waste from rewind
Empty refuse containers
Make waste bales when baler is full
Assist operator in any way for efficient operation
Assist operator in monitoring quality
Prepare Pre-Set up of sleeves, mandrels, anilox, and inks
Keep machine parts clean
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
Long term objectives to fulfill operator position
At least 1 year of experience operating a machine is preferred
