This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite work Tuesday through Thursday of each week.

As a Paid Marketing Specialist II, you'll support paid marketing programs and will focus on driving qualified traffic, new customer acquisition, and profitable revenue growth to achieve goals.

Here you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to deliver a seamless consumer experience. Daily tasks will include reporting, budget management, program optimization, campaign planning, and vendor management. This role will allow you to apply your experience with paid media, and Paid Social, in a fast-changing retail environment.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Execute creative workflow to support ongoing and seasonal marketing initiatives. Coordinate promotional calendars, creative assets, and campaign details with agency partners. Consult with cross-functional teams to improve creative elements, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Create standard daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for marketing channels. Perform ad hoc analysis to solve new problems. Provide recommendations based on reporting and analysis that align with channel strategy.
  • Support daily and weekly optimization of marketing channels. Proactively propose new testing ideas, including A/B tests, ad copy tests, and landing page tests.
  • Support daily and weekly budget management across paid marketing channels. Provides recommendations to optimize budget between paid marketing channels. Monitors marketing spend in collaboration with agencies to ensure compliance with budgets.
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions for marketing tags, product feeds, and marketing tools.

YOU ARE

  • Detail-oriented and analytical, capable of utilizing data insights and trends to tell a story
  • A skilled rapport builder, leveraging cross functional partnerships to further collaboration and project deliverables
  • Communicative, managing project engagements and effectively prioritizing competing deliverables

YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree, applicable certification, or equivalent paid marketing experience
  • 2+ years of applied digital marketing and general proficiency with related tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job
  • Working familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager and Adobe Analytics (or similar), product feed management - preferred
  • Experience in a multi-channel apparel eCommerce environment - preferred
  • Experience managing agency engagement - preferred
