JOB DESCRIPTION

* * *Paid Training for 1-3 weeks.

*Serve as a primary contact for inbound customer inquiries via telephone, Internet, e-mail or faxtransmission.
* Provide customer service assistance for all internal and external customers .

* Answer customer questions related to:Orders, Product Availability, Pricing, (RMAs) Return Merchandise Authorizations, etc. via Phones and/or E-mail.

* Process Orders / Order Entry in PC using ORACLE ERP Software -(will train).
ORACLE ( ERP) Enterprise Resource Software issimilar
to:SAP,Sage,Microsoft Dynamics, PeopleSoft, Odoo, or Kinetic

* Process (RMAs) - Return Merchandise Authorizations request in ORACLE ERP -(training provided)some ERP Software experience is (a Plus).

* Maintain required quality levels for phone and data entry activities

* Follow pre-defined procedures to identify, evaluate, solve and escalate customer issues.

Shift - Monday to Friday ONLY.

SHIFTS:Mon - Fri 5am - 130pm, 6am - 230pm, 7am - 330pm, 8am-430pm

REQUIREMENTS:

- pass drug test & background check
- high school diploma or GED
- able to interview ASAP & start workin 2 wks
