The Tax Litigation & Controversy Practice at Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join in Seattle, Austin, Dallas, or New York.

Candidates must have strong academic credentials and an interest in litigation or tax, given that the position will ultimately require skills in both. An LL.M. in tax would be ideal (though not required), along with one to two years of litigation experience or tax/fiduciary experience. Candidates must also have excellent oral and written communication skills, enjoy taking a creative approach to solving complex problems, aspire to top-notch advocacy (both in court and in negotiations), and demonstrate exceptional research skills. Compensation range: $235,000 to $310,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
