See Yourself as a Talent Program Coordinator
The incumbent in the role will partner with leaders across the People Experience team to help deliver learning, engagement, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) programs across the organization. This will include supporting needs assessments, program delivery and project management, participation in engagement survey administration, analysis, and reporting, and supporting various programs including, but not limited to in-person learning programs, learning grant writing, employee resource group support and enhancement. The position will also be responsible for working across the People (HR) & Facilities team to support communication plans and materials to support deliverables. This position is hybrid and requires 50% in office presence in our Wayne, PA HQ.

Competitive Compensation:anticipated hourly rate from $21.34 to $35.00 based on skills and experience. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
