Your Role With Us:Maintains fundamental knowledge of area of responsibility; This knowledge should include both what work needs to be done as well as how the work will be done.Provides supervision to team members and communicates division's direction and goals to functional areas; Acts as Lean sensei and monitors adherence of staff to current requirements; Designs and maintains Lean visibility board. Demonstrates use of visibility board in team huddles; Uses HR systems for time tracking of staff, time-off, performance reviews, corrective action, hiring, and other HR processes.Works collaboratively with other hospital leaders including IS, facilities, hospital operations, emergency preparedness, and other leaders across the organization; This may include responsibilities related to overseeing cross-functional business relationships.Adheres to ITSM standards and ITIL KPI's. Coaches team members on making KPI's visible and holds team members accountable for KPI's.Acts as accountable leader for projects as assigned by developing required documentation, escalating barriers as needed, and tracking projects to completion; Utilizes IS Intake Process to facilitate new work/projects including on-boarding, status updates, and project facilitation.Coordinates IS service lines, including services, products, and systems related to functional areas; Managers and collaborates with vendors; Identifies key performance indicators (KPI) to measure successful delivery of services and establishes accountability for department. Develops roadmaps for functional areas, including staffing needs and budgets.
