Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adherence to production time sensitivedisciplines
• Set and maintain processing equipment within operational parameters.
• Meet or exceed expected output targets and metrics.
• Read blueprints and comprehend the English instruction documents and engineering notes to take individual/specific action to produce precisely designed products.
• Strict compliance to all safety and quality guidelines.
• Follow dispatch as required while making allowances for schedule changes to accommodate for Hot Orders and customer requirements.
• Work closely with others in a Team environment.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge and experience in the use of circuit board terminology.
• Knowledge and experience in the use ofCNC machinery,measurement and inspection tools to include magnification, scopes, eye loops, calipers, gauges, etc.).
• Strong demonstrated comprehension of written instructions in English including customer standards, blueprints, and shop control documents.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job
• Ability to perform detailed work
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic
• Ability to lift 30 pounds without straining
• Ability to stand throughout shift.

Education and Experience:

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Preferred Experience:

• 2 years' experience in process manufacturing preferred
• Knowledge and experience in Lean Principles strongly preferred.
• Knowledge and experience of continuous improvement strongly preferred.
• Printed circuit board manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in CNC and/ormechanical drill is strongly preferred.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
