About the Brand Marketing Team

You will be part of the Brand Marketing team at Rejuvenation, working in our brand headquarters in

Portland, OR. This team oversees brand marketing, editorial content, digital marketing including site, email, social media marketing, and retail marketing. Our job is to grow our customer base of consumers, trade & contract members, with a consistent best-in-class brand presence across the marketplace.

About the Role

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is looking for a Marketing Coordinator for the Rejuvenation brand! This person will report to the Marketing Manager and assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across retail and DTC channels.

This is a hybrid role - 4 days/week onsite in our Portland office required.

Responsibilities

Retail Marketing- support the development and own execution of seasonal in-store marketing campaigns & messaging:

  • Responsible for designing & executing majority of marketing signage efforts for our retail stores, including brand storytelling, product details and promotional signs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with campaign, retail visual, merchant, and creative teams to execute in-store collateral ensuring key product and campaign messaging is accurate.
  • Partners with the external print vendors to ensure quick and accurate deliveries; manages invoice tracker and payment.
  • Tracks all marketing FedEx shipments to ensure on time delivery for all marketing materials.
  • Maintain retail marketing tracker.
  • Conducts competitive & market reviews and tracks/maintains reference libraries.

Digital Marketing- Participate in the planning and execution of email, paid advertising and site marketing campaigns and assist with cross-channel marketing programs as needed:

  • Write effective creative briefs that include campaign objectives and strategic messaging in line with brand goals and initiatives.
  • Maintain the email calendar, and assist in reporting, testing strategy, and operational details, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the job.
  • Manage cross-functional coordination with the site merchants and promotions team to confirm email content is accurate and aligns with site experience.
  • Partner with the CRM team to ensure seamless launch and execution of all batch & blast emails.
  • Build and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting; Synthesize performance findings and make suggestions for new strategies and tactics.
  • Contribute to reporting and measurement miscellaneous campaign marketing initiatives.
  • Support testing roadmap execution & maintenance.
  • Research best practices, analyze competitors and integrate market trends.

Criteria

  • B.A. in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 1-2 years in Online Marketing, Retail, Database Marketing, or Online Media Planning
  • Experienced in working well cross-functionally
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook) and Adobe Design Programs (Photoshop, InDesign) or similar
  • Have strong communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • You have a passion for our business and retail
  • You are a data driven individual with a curious, entrepreneurial mindset
  • You can thrive and adapt to a constantly changing environment
  • Have a desire and willingness to work collaboratively in a group
  • Possess strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Naturally challenge yourself to learn and grow
  • You have strong computer skills including business applications such as MS Windows and MS Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to perform work onsite in the Portland, OR office full-time pending state, local, and Company return-to-work guidance during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
