Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee Technical Support processes in the assigned production area, ensuring safe and efficient operations including:

* Collaborate with Production staff to meet production plans, troubleshoot process issues, and implement cost-effective solutions

* Lead process improvement, technology transfer projects, and monitor equipment performance

* Update and audit Bill of Material for the designated process area, ensuring accurate documentation

* Ensure safety adherence, provide necessary tools and knowledge to the team, and set performance expectations

* Conduct 1:1 coaching and evaluations for performance, behaviors, and development plans

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field Required +5 years Manufacturing experience PREFERRED
* Demonstrated ability to work in teams with a high degree of adaptability & flexibility
* Strong desire to learn new skills & knowledge
* Excellent work ethic, dependability & dedication to team & company, personal desire & value to produce quality work
* System skills - Microsoft Office, Outlook, ERP / MRP systems, CRM database, etc.
* Basic and applied knowledge of Lean/5S concepts
