CCC's Central City Concern is seeking an On-Call Alcohol & Drug Counselors!
SCHEDULE: On Call position. Desired Schedule 8:00am-4:30pm.
*On Call employees must work at least once in every 6 month period to remain active on payroll.
The CCCRC is part of an innovative program that offers integrated housing, health care, and employment services with the long term goal of eliminating homelessness. We seek to change how these services are delivered to all people, especially vulnerable populations.
Successful Candidate: An Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) who has a strong understanding and demonstrated use of the ASAM assessment and documentation. Counselors who have the ability to conduct individual and group counseling. A strong understanding of the social determinants of health and de-escalation skills. Expereince working with adult populations expereincing homelessness and substance use disorder (SUDs).
Duties to include:
Attending clinical staff meeting and case conferences in order to facilitate individual treatment plans for clients.
Provide case management to clients on an as-needed basis.
