Are you interested in helping grow an established HR suite with a growing user base using the latest technologies, design patterns, and best practices?

What You Will Do
On the HRIS team you'll be working together with a robust team of engineers, QA, Product, Operations and others to design, develop, test, and deliver an HR suite that is leading the charge to bringing users into our greater product ecosystem. Our application successfully released in 2022 and we continue to innovate with our portfolio of features that are refined before development starts so engineers can focus and collaborate efficiently. Through well-established team practices that are driven by the engineers, you'll have the comfort and confidence in a healthy work/life balance while also interacting with new systems and technologies.

  • Designing & Refining: Work with the team to identify design patterns, innovative possibilities, and scope

  • Cross-cutting Development: Develop across multiple fronts including UIs, Microservices, Databases, Data Pipelines, and Authorization

  • Testing & Deployment: Collaborate with QA and Operations to test and deploy changes to a product set up for continuous deployment

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • .NET / C#

  • Eventing / Messaging

  • ETL (Extract Transform Load)

  • (Optional) Microservices

  • (Optional) Angular / Typescript

About Your Location

Under a flexible work arrangement you'll work within Product Development on the HRIS team - headquartered in Portland, OR. This role supports a remote option, hybrid option (see below), or a fully in-office option. In a hybrid role, you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time worked in the office. Typically hybrid positions are 1-3 days per week, or 20%-60% of the month in the office.

About Our Product Development Division

Product Development consists of multiple teams - all with specific responsibilities that could be focused on a product, the infrastructure to keep the lights on, or the pipelines to move data between systems. We integrate and work with many of these teams as each piece works together to ensure a holistic product suite across the organization.
