To strengthen our Dermatology Marketing Team, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Dermatology Marketing Lead based out of Atlanta, GA or Remote.

The Immuno-Dermatology (iDerm) Brand Lead will support strategy development for the Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) indication in the UCB dermatology Franchise and collaborate with all Global, marketing and cross-functional internal teams to execute brand strategies. The HS Brand Lead will shape market research strategy, identify market barriers, generate evidence strategy, lay foundation for creative/messaging platform (unbranded & branded), play key role in financial projections development and identify high-level tactical plans for HS primarily focusing on Dermatologists, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Family Care Practioners and the total office target audience that supports patients' needs for biologic medications.

  • Partner in the development and continued evolution of the core value proposition for products in HS within the Dermatology marketplace, inclusive of clinical data, relevant services, and access considerations to enable clarity of the ideal patient(s) for the UCB Derm Portfolio
  • Amplify UCB Dermatology share of voice via strategic partnerships and collaborating seamlessly with internal stakeholders (like ptient services, market access, ecosystems, advocacy, etc.) during pre-launch, launch, and post launch stages
  • Uncover valuable insights that can be leveraged to guide strategic direction and identify 'best in class' customer engagement approaches
  • Build and maintain relationships with multiple key stakeholders in the office to drive patient advocacy within Dermatology & Family Care Practioner Sectors
  • Partner closely with Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance to shape strategy and launch development tactics compliantly

You will contribute by:

  • Co-partner with Global on TPP refinement, positioning, and product narrative (Lexicon) development
  • Support implementation of brand strategy development and operational plans
  • Conduct insight gathering advisory boards and market research activity
  • Tracks and anticipates environment / healthcare market landscape trends to translate into customer & patient insights
  • Prospectively identifies new opportunities and innovative approaches to enhance market share penetration within target markets and with target customer base
  • Overnight travel (approximately 25-30%) required including weekends as needed

Interested? For this position you'll need the following education, experience and skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of progressive pharmaceutical industry experience including 2+ years pharmaceutical sales or marketing experience
  • Strong interdependent partnerships, collaboration, influence & negotiation skills are required
  • Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to successfully execute complex initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA preferred.
  • Dermatology and/or biologic marketing experience a plus
  • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of Pharmaceutical Regulations, and Compliance Guidelines to ensure the compliant pull through of all initiatives
  • Demonstrated evidence of proactively identifying issues and opportunities, making appropriate recommendations, and/or taking appropriate action, and gaining alignment to execute/get things done
  • Ability to lead and work effectively across multiple functions, stakeholders, and partners
  • Ability to deliver presentations to groups of all sizes
  • Excellent written and communication skills
