    The Human Resource Representative Intern will gain strong interpersonal skills through interaction with many different disciplines within CNH Industrial. Dependent on level of education/training, this candidate could also be utilized for Employee On-boarding and Training activities. If knowledgeable, we can also utilize in our succession planning and people development.

    Responsibilities

    The Human Resource Representative Intern will be responsible for:

    • Help plan and execute company employee events
    • Assist team with records management
    • Coordinate Community Involvement Events for plant
    • Assist with recruitment and on-boarding of Youth Apprentice and summer help
    Qualifications
    • Pursuing a minimum of a Bachelors degree in; Human Resources, Business, or related degree area
