Theresa Sullivan is a certified life coach and founder of Wayfinder Advisors. Her mission is to help early and mid-career professionals find and follow their true callings so that they may optimize their success in all of their personal and professional endeavors. In addition to coaching individual professionals in group workshops, Theresa writes and speaks on the topics of overcoming the fears that hold people back from living fuller lives. Before founding Wayfinder Advisors, Theresa worked in relationship management and consulting roles for companies like LinkedIn, IBM and Deloitte Consulting. She holds a Masters of Science in Marketing and an MBA from Northwestern University and did her undergraduate work at the University of Notre Dame.
