In 2017 Bass Pro Shops acquired Cabela’s to create a “best-of-the-best” experience with superior products, dynamic locations and outstanding customer service.

Inclusion means there's a spot at the table for everybody, and we cultivate an enterprising spirit in our team members and throughout our company. A few years back, a young man in one of our boat plants suggested we manufacture our own kayaks, which were becoming a popular seller in our stores. Today, we make more kayaks than anyone in America.
