    CNH Industrial is currently seeking a Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst who will take a leading role in managing all aspects of transfer pricing planning, controversy and compliance in the Americas region. The position will be based within CNH Industrial’s Transfer Pricing team in Burr Ridge, Illinois and will be responsible for managing the implementation and monitoring of transfer pricing policies and processes across complex and critical jurisdictions like the United States, Canada, Argentina and Brazil. You will have the opportunity to work directly with the Global Transfer Pricing Director and other members of the Transfer Pricing team located in Burr Ridge, Illinois and Turin, Italy.

    Responsibilities

    Get inspired by the work you’ll do

    • Take a leading role in managing all aspects of transfer pricing controversy (audits, APAs and MAP) in partnership with Big 4 firms across all countries in the Americas region
    • Work on the scoping and delivery of planning and operational transfer pricing projects with external advisors to transform and streamline legacy transfer pricing policies and processes
    • Support the implementation and monitoring of operational transfer pricing aspects for tangible goods flows, management services, financial services and intellectual property
    • Advise the business on transfer pricing implications of new intercompany transaction flows and business reorganizations
    • Support executive level communications on transfer pricing projects, risks and initiatives, including qualitative and quantitative analysis
    • Work with Treasury to provide transfer pricing oversight on intercompany loans and cashpool flows
    • Monitor comparable companies and data with external advisors
    • Coordinate and manage preparation of transfer pricing documentation with Big 4 firms in line with IRS section 482 regulations and OECD guidelines. This includes all aspects of BEPS Action 13 documentation
    Qualifications

    The Qualified Candidate will have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
    • 5+ years of transfer pricing experience in a large multinational corporation or Big 4 public accounting firm
    • Flexibility to travel both domestic and international

    The Preferred Candidate will have:

    • Growth mindset and global perspective is essential
    • Ability to liaise with Big 4 transfer pricing teams and internal business / finance personnel to ensure quality deliverables on a timely basis
    • Evidence history of delivering on large global transfer pricing projects
    • Sound working knowledge of IRS regulations and OECD guidelines governing transfer pricing
    • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
    • Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
    • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
    • Ambitious and eager to take on new challenges
